Think of me as a position coach for your mental game. I’m a Performance Coach who specializes in Mental Conditioning for NFL players and coaches.

My work blends elite perception, neuroscience, and nearly 30 years of Tibetan Buddhist mind training. But what sets me apart is how I see. I’m highly sensitive, and that sensitivity is my advantage. I track nuance, energy, and pressure patterns that most people never notice. Players and coaches say they open up to me more than anyone they’ve ever met, and I take that trust seriously. It’s not chance. It’s a gift that keeps you tapped into your limitlessness week after week.
